In a forum letter, Centre for Non-Profit Leadership (CNPL) Chief Executive Officer Mr Yoon Wai Nam cited SMU's Human Capital Leadership Institute's (HCLI) recent research on leadership in Asia, which reinforces the cross-learning opportunities CNPL has been promoting between the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Mr Yoon also highlighted the inference of HCLI Head of Research and Insight Mr Sunil Puri that volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity are increasingly becoming the norms of business, and the weakness of Singapore’s private sector talents in dealing with these may be disadvantageous.
