QP hosts management students of Singapore

Qatar Petroleum (QP) recently hosted 52 students from SMU, who visited Qatar as part of their Business Study Mission Middle East module. The main objectives of the module were to examine the unique business environment of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and to analyse the developing relationship between Singapore and GCC member states. During their two-day visit, the students, who were led by SMU Associate Professor of Strategic Management Caroline Yeoh, visited Qatar University and the College of the North Atlantic (Qatar) and travelled to Dukhan. In addition to site visits, the programme also included networking sessions and presentations, which were aimed at facilitating the students' understanding of the region, and providing them with enriched knowledge of business developments and a deeper understanding of the cultures and history of the region.
