In an interview, SMU School of Law Deputy Dean and Professor of Law David Llewelyn, who is an expert in Intellectual Property (IP) law and commercialisation, shared about his more than 30 years of experience practising, writing and teaching in this field. Prof Llewelyn is currently working on a project with a collaborator from the University of Cambridge, UK, about navigating the IP minefield in China.
