SMU Vice President, Business Development and External Relations, Associate Professor Annie Koh spoke about the Pioneer Generation Package of measures to help the elderly which were announced in the recent national Budget. She also discussed the 23% increase in healthcare expenditure in the Financial Year 2014 and enhancements to the Productivity and Innovation Credit Scheme for Small and Medium Enterprises.
