PM on the Budget: Showing gratitude to the pioneer generation

SMU Associate Professor of Law and NMP Eugene Tan said the concern that the people have about healthcare costs is a time bomb that the Government faces. Although it is right to take care of the healthcare needs of the pioneer generation, this may also raise people’s expectations of future Budgets.
