As part of the SMU Library’s A Celebration of the Written Word Series, American journalist Adam Minter will visit SMU next Wednesday to talk about his new book Junkyard Planet and his experience reporting on the US$500 billion junkyard industry. As part of his job, Minter has travelled to at least 20 countries over the last decade.
