Representatives from business schools such as SMU attended the annual Recruiters Conclave in Mumbai organised by the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. The conclave focused on alternative channels of hiring for mid-level and senior-level managerial and leadership positions. Some of the issues raised by the participants revolved around expectations of one-year MBA students, career goals and industry perspectives.
