In an interview, SMU Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour & Human Resources Paddock E. Layne shared about her life and work experiences. Having joined the university in 2008, her research interests include organisational justice and fairness, negotiation and work-life balance. As this is her first time living and working outside the US, she enjoys dividing her time between Singapore, Switzerland and the US. This diverse, multicultural experience has enriched her research and teaching.
