Female blogger praises prime minister for “conquering” social media

SMU Associate Professor of Law and NMP Eugene Tan said that Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong possibly realises the power and attractiveness of social media and hence is rather active on it. He noted that PM Lee’s posts tend to be from a personal perspective and do not touch on political issues. It could also be that he wants to show his lighter side. Associate Prof Tan was commenting on the praise blogger Natalie Koh gave PM Lee for his skilful use of social media.
