Elections Department: List of political donation applicants will not be made public

In a written reply to SMU Associate Professor of Law and NMP Eugene Tan, Minister for Social and Family Development and Second Minister for Defence Mr Chan Chun Sing indicated that as the law does not state that the Elections Department has to make the list of political donation applicants public, the department will no longer do so in future.
