Postman delivers poorer customer satisfaction

According to the latest results from the Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore (CSISG) released by the Institute of Service Excellence at SMU (ISES), local residents appeared less satisfied with postal services compared to a year ago. The ISES also gathered input from over 11,000 people for the transport and logistics as well as the public education and private education sectors. Overall, customers reported more satisfaction across the three sectors with the public education sector showing the strongest improvement. Students at NUS were found to be most satisfied, followed closely by their peers at SMU and NTU.
