At the annual conference of the Institute of Internal Auditors Singapore, held on Thursday, Securities Investors Association of Singapore (SIAS) President David Gerald cited the findings of a study conducted by SMU, which revealed that one-third of Singapore-listed companies, do not have a full-time internal auditor.
