Ahead of the National Day Rally, SMU Associate Professor of Law Eugene Tan shared what he expected to hear from Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong. Associate Prof Tan said that potential announcements would signal a change in the way the Government tackles Singaporeans’ concerns. He was of the view that highly anticipated changes to the Primary School Leaving Examinations were likely to grab the headlines as they relate to the whole set up of the education system.
