More than 40,000 participated in OSC which concluded with five core visions

Our Singapore Conversation (OSC) had concluded with five core visions which will be taken into consideration in future policy-making. The dialogue sessions had allowed the Government to reach out to people from all walks of life and hear out their concerns so as to better align their expectations and visions. SMU Assistant Professor of Law Mahdev Mohan is one of the committee members of the OSC. The committee has also released a 48-page Reflections of Our Singapore Conversation, which captures diverse opinions on issues ranging from housing and job opportunities, to core aspirations and what it means to be a Singaporean. Assistant Prof Mohan said that the publication serves to capture the content of the dialogue, differences in opinions and the Singaporean spirit. He felt it was a good effort to compile the findings into an atypical publication on politics.
