Some 47,000 Singaporeans have participated in 660 dialogues held under Our Singapore Conversation (OSC). Opinions shared during these dialogues over the course of one year, were captured in “Reflections”, a 48-page newsmagazine. One of the committee members, SMU Assistant Professor of Law Mahdev Mohan, said that OSC was not “one-dimensional” and that people were able to freely express their views, even if they were “not conventional or populist”.
