MPA to launch campaign to promote awareness on shark-killing

Commenting on the Shark Savers campaign, SMU Associate Professor of Law Eugene Tan said that consuming shark fins is not illegal, and therefore, industry players have the right to promote their businesses. However, if the zero consumption of shark fins is unattainable, then at least more sustainable sources of shark fins should be promoted.
