Undergrads' top priority: Work-life balance
Work-life balance was found to be the top priority among undergraduates in a survey conducted by employer branding consultancy Universum, beating job security into second place and dedication to a cause in third. Most students who took part in the survey were from SMU, NUS, NTU and SIM.
