Satisfactory performance in the retail and info-communications sector

According to the 2013 first quarter Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore (CSISG) results released by the Institute of Service Excellence at SMU (ISES) last Thursday, the index for the retail and info-communications sectors reached new highs between 2012 and 2013. ISES Director Caroline Lim noted that the surveys give companies a sense of how well they are doing and help them understand how competitive the different sectors are, and the kind of intervention needed to make further improvements.
