The Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF) will be reviewing the Financial Industry Competency Standards (FICS) framework, and will be offering training programmes to enhance the professionalism and capabilities of the sector. In particular, The Financial IT Academy@SMU will develop structured training for IT professionals with the aim to equip them with technology, software and systems skills.
