Minister for Education Heng Swee Keat held a dialogue session with Singaporean exchange students at China’s Zhejiang University on Monday. During the session, a third-year SMU student asked the Minister if there were any exchange programmes to Africa for Singapore students He answered that there are already several companies which has investment in some African countries, and that Singaporean exchange students would be welcomed there.
