In an interview with the Financial Times, SMU Associate Professor of Psychology Christie Napa Scollon spoke about her teaching and personal learning experiences. Professor Scollon felt that a manager has as great a power to influence people’s happiness within the organisation as does a good therapist and gave advice to women in business, for them to have principles and stick to them, even if it is unpopular or costly.
