SMU Vice President (Business Development & External Relations) and Associate Professor of Finance Annie Koh shared her views on the Singapore Budget 2013 and said that the government will need to look into the benefits for those who are less privileged and that the WIS scheme will enable the government to pay back in providing a top up for the lower income workers so that their basic needs for living are at least taken care of.
