At the Economic Society of Singapore Forum on Budget 2013, SMU Visiting Professor of Quantitative Finance and Special Advisor to the Provost and Deputy President (Academic Affairs), David Lee commented that the Government has quickened the pace of economic restructuring, and is ready to let firms with low productivity and profit go.
