According to a research report by SMU’s Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI) and Deloitte Consulting, human capital issues are at the top of most chief executives' agendas in Asia. The report is based on 212 responses from senior business leaders and human resource professionals representing local organisations and foreign multinationals across 12 industries in seven Asian countries - China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Singapore.
