The Singapore Embassy in the Philippines is accepting applications for college scholarships for the next school year. The scholarship is awarded by the Singapore Government to Filipino citizens with excellent academic records and a good command of English. This scholarship is tenable at SMU, NUS and NTU, in all fields of studies except for medicine, dentistry and law.
