Political analysts: SDP-WP alliance out of the question

On the Worker’s Party’s (WP) refusal to form an alliance with the Singapore Democratic Party (SDP), SMU Assistant Professor of Law Eugene Tan commented that SDP’s request came as hidden insult to the WP. He pointed out that the SDP’s inability to announce its own candidate made this request even less credible. No opposition party would take this offer seriously.
