Koh Poh Koon: Serving residents is the key objective

People’s Action Party (PAP) candidate Koh Poh Koon is working hard to make his presence felt in Punggol East. SMU Assistant Professor of Law Eugene Tan commented that as Koh is an unfamiliar face to Punggol East residents, he is trying to bridge the distance between himself and the residents by relating his life experience to theirs.
