PAP was 'swift and resolute'

In response to Michael Palmer’s resignation over his affair, NMP and SMU Assistant Professor of Law Eugene Tan commented that the PAP had acted “swiftly and resolutely so one can’t really fault it on that score”. He was of the opinion that the PAP’s stand on Mr Palmer’s indiscretion is consistent with its stand on Mr Yaw Shin Leong’s alleged affair.
