Bread-and-butter issues dominate forum on values

A forum for Singaporeans and Permanent Residents to share the societal values and qualities important to them was dominated by bread-and-butter issues instead. Among those who kept to the theme of the discussion was SMU undergraduate Clarine Chai, who was of the opinion that Singaporeans should have a sense of gratitude.
