NUS Law School may stop issuing grades to first-year students and opt for a pass/fail to encourage students to broaden their perspective instead of focusing on results. Other possible changes could also see Administrative Law - where public interest or judicial review cases are raised in court - being made a compulsory study subject. These are among a slew of suggestions up for discussion as the school seeks feedback in its first full-scale curriculum review in 10 years. The law school, which published a discussion paper on Monday outlining potential areas for change, last engaged in a thorough review in 2002. SMU is the other law school in Singapore.
