Can Taiwan do it if Temasek Holdings can?

SMU Assistant Professor of Law Eugene Tan commented on the aggressive investment ventures undertaken by Temasek Holdings despite the global economic slowdown. He said that Temasek Holdings tends to actively search for acquisition targets during downturns, and that this reflects their confidence in the mid- to long-term.
