We would like to express our appreciation to Chee Wei for his leadership and guidance during HCLI's formative years.”
Under the leadership of Mr Kwan Chee Wei who took office as Executive Director in 2010, HCLI has established itself as a credible institute that helps organisations accelerate leadership development and strategic human capital management capabilities in Asia, for a globalised Asia.
