SMU students will now be able to acquire relevant knowledge and hone their skills in employment search in a more cosy and conducive setting, following the launch of a renovated career centre on campus yesterday. The renovation was carried out after SMU received a S$1.35 million donation from Kho Hui Meng, President of Vitol Asia, an energy trading company. The gift, which amounted to S$3.2 million with matching grants from the government, also enabled SMU to enhance other career services-related programmes for its students. In appreciation of Kho Hui Meng's support, SMU named the career centre after him.
