MOE unable to divulge collaboration fees with partnering foreign unis: Heng Swee Keat

SMU Assistant Professor of Law and Nominated MP Eugene Tan asked Education Minister Heng Swee Keat what the total amount of partnership and related fees were for collaborations between SMU, SUTD and NUS, and their overseas partnering universities. In a written response, Mr Heng said that these agreements are covered by confidentiality clauses but that the fees are closely scrutinised.
