Shanmugum cites six cases to explain Woffles Wu case; Debate on plastic surgeon

In his response to Workers' Party Sylvia Lim, and SMU Assistant Professor of Law and NMP Eugene Tan's questions, Minister Shanmugum cited similar cases between 2004 and 2009, and distributed information on these cases to the Members of Parliament.
