SMU alumnus Kelvin Chong who recently graduated from the Lee Kong Chian School of Business on July 27 spoke about his involvement in Project Touch and Project Luminaire, and shared what motivated him to make a difference not only in Singapore but also in the Philippine Municipality of Anilao, Iloilo, where he helped to construct a water tank in a village.
