Commenting on Ms Grace Fu's promotion, SMU Assistant Professor of Law and Nominated MP Eugene Tan said that she will lead what is probably the biggest women presence in the Cabinet so far. “The changes will have a signaling effect,” said Prof Tan. He added that they were probably introduced ahead of schedule in response to the quickening pace of events.
