UOB bank execs go back to school

SMU conducts and assesses a training programme that UOB has made compulsory for all young corporate banking executives before they can meet customers without supervision. The executives learn about issues such as credit risk assessments, trade finance, deal structuring and account monitoring and the Financial Industry Competency Standards (Fics) Corporate Banking Common Examination.
