Smaller crowd at WP rally

SMU Assistant Professor of Law Eugene Tan acknowledged that there was ?still a fair bit of interest? in the Hougang by-election, although Singapore might not be as ?excited or engaged? as they were for the general and presidential elections since they do not have to vote unless they are Hougang residents. He made the comment in response to the apparent shrunken crowd observed at the Workers' Party (WP) rally last night, as compared to a year ago.
