Yaw apology letter: Closure or revisit of scandal?

On Yaw Shin Leong's apology letter to Hougang residents, SMU Assistant Professor of Law and NMP Eugene Tan thinks the timing of the letter would work against the WP and added that despite his apology, Mr Yaw's letter did not address why he failed to account for the accusations or decided to leave abruptly, which could "provide ammunition for the PAP".
