Grace Tan's brother is studying operations management at SMU and she says that if he were to join Tools Of The Trade (ToTT), where she is store manager, he could prove himself in managing logistics. ToTT sells cookware and rents out cooking studios. Ms Tan, who holds an MBA from the University of San Francisco, is also marketing manager of the family's food-service products and equipment company Sia Huat Pte Ltd.
