Top corporate execs heading back to school

SMU Associate Professor Annie Koh, Dean of the Office of Executive and Professional Education was among experts who shared that corporate executives need to head to school to learn how to cope with rapidly-changing corporate governance issues. She said that many directors currently on boards will be retiring and while many women are in leadership positions now, only 6.8% of Singapore-listed companies have women directors on their boards.
