Customer satisfaction in Singapore hit a record high last year, with the banking industry showing some of the biggest improvements. This is according to the full-year results of the Customer Satisfaction Index released on Wednesday by the Institute of Service Excellence @ SMU (ISES). On the other end of the spectrum is the healthcare sector, which saw a dip. Overall, Singapore showed an improved score on the international standing but its score still fell behind countries like the UK and US. Academic Director Marcus Lee and Director Caroline Lim of ISES commented on the results.
