To celebrate International Women's Day, P&G and SMU co-organised a panel discussion on ?The Business Case for Diversity and Inclusion'. P&G CEO, Global Prestige, Joanne Crewes remarked that it was important to look at diversity from a broader perspective to include age, race, experience, and nationality. She commented that by embracing diversity, companies will be better able to tap the potential of every individual, and attributed this to P&G's success.
