2011 marked the year customers waltzed out of Singaporean stores feeling more charmed and attended to than they have ever been since 2007, says Institute of Service Excellence (ISES) at SMU. According to the ISES-compiled Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore (CSISG), consumers gave Singapore establishments a satisfaction score of 69.1, an all time-high since ISES started monitoring the pulse of customer satisfaction in 2007.
