According to the results of the Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore (CSISG) announced by the Institute of Service Excellence @ SMU (ISES) yesterday, the Healthcare sector scored 66.6-points in the fourth quarter of last year (2011), which represented a dip from its 2010 score of 68.6-points and also the lowest attained by the sector. The decline showed that the local healthcare service providers ought to improve on service quality, and better manage and meet patients' expectations while coping with rising patient numbers.
