The latest survey conducted by SMU's Institute of Service Excellence (ISES) and the Workforce Development Agency for the Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore (CSISG) revealed that satisfaction among health sector customers is at an all-time low. While the overall national level of customer satisfaction hit a record high, the sector went the other way, scoring 66.6% - lower than the 68.6% it scored in 2010, and the 68.9% in 2009.
