What started as a passion has turned into a thriving business for Puppy Love's Kenny Mah [an SMU alumnus] . When Puppy Love, a dog training centre, first introduced the concept of positive reinforcement to the dog training scene in Singapore, many canine trainers did not agree with their methods. Today, Kenny Mah, co-owner at Puppy Love, proudly notes that other trainers have started incorporating positive reinforcement techniques in their training. Puppy Love sees an average of 50 clients a week through private consultations or group training sessions.
