According to results of the Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore 2011 released by the Institute of Service Excellence at SMU (ISES), the private education sector's score has risen from 65.5 points in 2010 to 74.5 points this year, on a scale from 0 – 100 points. This shows that (PRC) students are showing significantly greater confidence in the private education institutions in Singapore, as well as a higher satisfaction with their experience at these schools.
