A mid-term exam at the NUS had to be cancelled last Saturday when the school discovered at the last minute that it was short of 200 papers. SMU said it has not cancelled any exams so far. But it added that if it is necessary to do so, the weighting of assessment components would have to change. “Other possibilities include replacing the examination with other forms of assessments, such as assignments or quizzes,†said a spokesman.
